Today I went back to the doctor who diagnosed the throat cancer back in September of 2010. I started radiation treatment in October of 2010 and ended it on December 8, 2010.
There is no cancer present and my throat and vocal cords look good. There is scar tissue.
He said it can take a while for my voice to come back but it will. As far as the sore throat and coughing, that all goes with recovery from the radiation treatment.
Please pray that the recovery will be without complication.
